(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall violate, or who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with § 151.22 of this code, as now existing, or as hereafter amended, shall, upon conviction, be fined $50 for each lot or part of lot sold, leased or offered for sale.
