§ 151.01 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADOPTED.
   In order to accommodate anticipated long-range future growth, the Comprehensive Development Plan for the city, as prepared by Charles L. Leider, MCP, Clark and Enersen, Olsson, Burroughs and Thomsen, has been approved and accepted by the City Council in October 1966. Three copies of the accepted Plan shall be kept on file with the City Clerk and available for inspection by any member of the public during office hours.
