No sexually-oriented business, except for an adult motel, may remain open at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays. No sexually-oriented business shall open for business or remain open for business on Sunday or any legal holiday recognized by the state. (An equal protection claim may arise unless all types of sexually-oriented businesses are treated similarly.)
