§ 113.49 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The sale, use or consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises of a sexually-oriented business is prohibited.
   (B)   Any violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor.
