§ 95.10 MONUMENTS.
   Persons desiring to erect monuments, tombstones or other structures shall first procure a permit from the City Clerk. The Cemetery Board shall review all such applications and shall give written approval for any permit prior to the issuance by the City Clerk of said permit.
