§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any of the prohibitions or provisions of any section of this subchapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Unless otherwise specified, the penalty for such violation shall be in any amount not to exceed $500. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of failure to comply with the provisions of this subchapter.
