SCHEDULE II. PROHIBITED PARKING; TRUCKS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this schedule, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      TRUCK. Any motor vehicle designed, used or maintained primarily for the transportation of property with a registered gross weight of 6,000 pounds or more.
      TRUCK-TRACTOR. Any motor vehicle designed and primarily used for drawing another vehicle and not so constructed as to carry a load other than apart of the weight of the vehicle and load so drawn.
   (B)   All trucks with a gross vehicle weight of 12,000 pounds or more shall be prohibited from parking on the following described areas in the city:

   (C)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a truck-tractor or any truck with a capacity of more than 6,000 pounds on the following streets in the Court Addition, and any other streets designated by resolution of the City Council as no truck areas.

      (2)   Where no truck areas are designated, appropriate signs shall be posted.
      (3)   The following shall be exempt from this schedule: Delivering vehicles when in use for delivery of goods and products; moving vans when in use for delivery of pick up of household goods; service vehicles when in use for direct service of utilities or repairs; and recreational vehicles.
