(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park for any time on the following streets, and any other streets designated by resolution of the City Council as a no parking area.

(B) (1) In addition, there shall be no parking on public or private property in the city, except in designated parking areas, such as parking stalls or driveways, or along streets in areas. It shall be unlawful to park in areas, including on lawns or yards, between units or houses and public streets, lanes and alleys which are not designated parking areas in the Courts Addition.
(2) Where “no parking” areas are designated, appropriate signs shall be posted.
