The following speed limits are hereby set by ordinance and appropriate signs have been posted. It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle at speeds greater than posted on the following streets in the Courts Addition:

Clay Avenue from South Depot Street south to the south city limits | 30 mph |
Seventh Street from Furnas Avenue to east city limits (during school hours) | 15 mph |
North Street from Furnas Avenue to east city limits (during school hours) | 15 mph |
Furnas Avenue from North Street to Seventh Street (during school hours) | 15 mph |
Second Avenue, Third Avenue, Elm Street and Orange Street | 20 mph |
