§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any violation of §§ 72.16 through 72.21 of this code, which is also a violation under Neb. RS 39 or 60, may be punished under the penalty provisions of such chapter.
