The Police Department shall make a record of all violators, showing the name of each violator, the time and date of each violation, the disposition of the case and the penalty assessed. Such record shall be given to the Police Chief. All money collected by the Police Department under this section shall be paid to the City Treasurer to be accounted for according to law.
