§ 71.50 POLICE DEPARTMENT AS VIOLATIONS BUREAU.
   The Police Department of the city is hereby designated as the Violations Bureau for the city for all parking violations. It shall be the duty of the police officers of the city to accept penalties and fees herein designated from violators desiring to plead guilty or no contest in accordance with the proceedings set forth.
