§ 52.08 INSTALLATION EXPENSE.
   The expense of providing water service to the curb stop located in the sidewalk space shall be paid by the city. The consumer shall then pay the cost of installation and pipe from the curb stop to the place of dispersal. The cost of the installation of the stop box shall be paid by the city. The city shall also pay for the installation of a meter for those businesses whose use of water is metered. The consumer shall be required to pay the expense of procuring the services of a plumber and shall pay the expense of furnishing and installing pipe, trenching and the necessary labor to bring water service from said lot line to the place of dispersal.
