§ 11.03 OFFICIAL CORPORATE SEAL.
   The official corporate seal of the city shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk and shall bear the following inscription, “City of Harvard, Official Seal, Clay County, Nebraska.” The City Clerk shall affix an impression of the said official seal to all warrants, licenses, permits, ordinances and all other official papers issued by order of the City Council and counter-signed by the City Clerk.
