§ 33.38 PREEMPLOYMENT SCREENING.
   All applicants who are conditionally considered for employment and those former employees who are to be reinstated for employment after a layoff or leave of absence will, as a final step in the employment process, be required to submit to a drug and alcohol screen test. If they refuse to consent to the test, then employment will be denied. If the tests are positive, then employment will be denied.
