Providing for the financing, improving and equipping of such municipal facilities by the City Municipal Building Corporation and the leasing of the same to the city is in the public interest of the citizens of the city, and it is a proper public purpose for which the Board agrees to cooperate with the City Municipal Building Corporation and to assist it in fulfilling the requirements of all agencies of the federal, state and local governments.
