§ 31.115 ESTABLISHMENT.
   It is hereby determined to be proper and in the public interest of the citizens of the city to reapprove the incorporation of the corporation known and designated as the City Municipal Building Corporation for the purpose of financing, improving and equipping municipal facilities and leasing the same to the city.
