§ 31.100 REPORTING OF ACTIVITIES AND FINANCIAL STATUS.
   (A)   The City Council for the Arts shall prepare and furnish to the Common Council of the city and the Clerk-Treasurer of the city an annual report of its activities and financial status.
   (B)   The report shall fully and accurately reflect the activities and financial status of the City Council for the Arts.
