(A) The Youth Council shall meet regularly each month. The meeting shall be held on the same day of each month unless that day is a legal holiday, in which event the meeting shall be rescheduled for another day which is not a legal holiday.
(B) The day of each regular meeting shall be selected and determined by the Youth Council at its organizational meeting, and the meeting day may also be specified in the bylaws of the Youth Council if it adopts a code of bylaws.
(C) The Youth Council may meet at other times at special meetings called by its President or by a majority of the members of the Youth Council.
