§ 31.020 METHODS OF FINANCING.

   The acquisition, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of the facilities and land for storm water systems may be financed through:

   (A)   The proceeds of special taxing district bonds of the storm water district;

   (B)   The assumption of liability incurred to construct the storm water system being acquired;

   (C)   Service rates;

   (D)   Revenue bonds; and

   (E)   Any other available funds.
