§ 151.02 AUTHORITY.

   The Building Commissioner is or Building Commissioners are hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce the following:

   (A)   All provisions of the Building Code;

   (B)   Variances granted in accordance with I.C. 22-13-2-11; and

   (C)   Orders issued under I.C. 22-12-7.
