§ 31.002 FIREFIGHTERS’ PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   There shall be a Firefighters’ Pension Board of Trustees to perform certain duties prescribed by I.C. 36-8-7, 1925 fund, and I.C. 36-8-8, 1977 fund, concerning the statutory pension of city firefighters.
