(A) General penalty. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Curfew. Any person violating the provisions of § 131.01 of this chapter shall be fined in any sum not less than $1 nor more than $5 for each and every offense.

(C) Sexual offenders. Any person, firm, corporation, agent or employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of §§ 131.15 through 131.19 of this chapter shall be fined $200 or an amount not to exceed the maximum amount allowed by law. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
