§ 112.07 THROUGHWAYS TO BE UNOBSTRUCTED.
   (A)   All sidewalks, walking paths, walking areas, public streets, private alleys and driveways, collectively termed THROUGHWAYS, which abut on, are located adjacent to or are in front of the real estate at which any garage sale is being conducted shall remain wholly free and uncongested during the garage sale so as to allow the normal passage of traffic, both pedestrian and vehicular, during the garage sale.
   (B)   To this end, all garage sale attendees and all household goods, furniture, equipment, utensils, appliances, tools, personal clothing or effects, novelty items, glassware, farm products or similar personal property, as well as all equipment and other property being used in connection with the garage sale, shall be kept off of all throughways.
   (C)   Furthermore, the vehicles of all garage sale attendees shall be parked in a manner so as to allow the normal passage of traffic, both pedestrian and vehicular, during the garage sale.
