§ 112.03 REQUIRED PERMIT.
   (A)   Prior to holding or allowing a garage sale to occur on or in connection with his, her, their or its real estate, any person or persons, firm, group, corporation, organization or other entity, individually termed an APPLICANT, which holds or allows the garage sale shall first apply for and obtain a permit from the City Clerk-Treasurer.
   (B)   Every permit issued by the City Clerk- Treasurer shall only be valid during the calendar year in which it is issued and shall only be effective in connection with one garage sale during said calendar year. Thus, if the permit applicant or any other person or persons, firm, group, corporation, organization or other entity, including any member of the applicant’s household, wishes to hold a second garage sale during any calendar year on or in connection with the applicant’s real estate, then an additional permit must be applied for and obtained.
