For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
DEALER. A person licensed as a DEALER pursuant to I.C. 9-32-2.
ESTABLISHED PLACE OF BUSINESS.
(1) A permanent location owned or leased for the purpose of bartering, trading or selling motor vehicles.
(2) The term ESTABLISHED PLACE OF BUSINESS does not include any residence, tent, temporary stand or permanent quarters temporarily occupied.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any self-propelled vehicle, other than a semi-trailer, for which the owner would be required to obtain a certificate of title pursuant to I.C. 9-13-2-105.
TEMPORARY LOCATION. A site other than an established place of business at which a dealer exhibits for sale more than six motor vehicles.
