§ 94.19 FEES AND EXPENSES CHARGED.
   The city may charge any expenses incurred by it in the enforcement of this subchapter, including all towing and storage charges, to the owner or occupant of the real estate upon which that vehicle is located or to the owner of the motor vehicle.
