§ 94.03 NOTICE TO REMOVE.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-10.1-3, the Common Council shall require the owners of real property in the city to cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation in excess of six inches in length growing on that property.
   (B)   The adoption and publication of this subchapter shall constitute notice to each property owner.
