For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition applies unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
WEEDS AND RANK VEGETATION.
(1) Grass, weeds, volunteer plants, shrubs, bushes or other vegetation growth which is not planted or cultivated, excepting trees, flowers, garden vegetables and agricultural crops such as hay and pasture, and which exceed six inches in height.
(2) In addition to the foregoing, any and all dead and diseased flora which meets the description set forth in § 157.43 of this code, even if the same be trees, flowers, garden vegetables or agricultural crops, may be considered WEEDS AND RANK VEGETATION for the purpose of this chapter.
