§ 30.59 CONTINUATION OF CITY COURT OPERATION REQUIRED AND AUTHORIZED UNTIL 12-31-1987.
   (A)   The Judge, Clerk and Bailiff of the City Court shall continue to cause the City Court to be in full operation until December 31, 1987, and shall continue to be compensated at the level of remuneration established by ordinance.
   (B)   Should the City Court Judge, Clerk or Bailiff for any reason cease to perform their duties in a manner required to maintain City Court operations prior to December 31, 1987, or fail to assist in the transition and transfer of jurisdiction to the County Court, then the Common Council shall, by resolution, make a finding of nonperformance of duties in each case and prohibit the payment of any further remuneration to the person or persons failing to perform duties.
