§ 30.57 TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION.
   (A)   Upon the abolition of the City Court, on the effective date of the abolition of the City Court, all matters then pending, all records of proceedings, findings or judgments and docket books and records of cases closed or pending, together with all pertinent findings and the like, shall be transferred to the custody of the County Court.
   (B)   Henceforward, from the aforesaid date, the County Court shall have full jurisdiction over all complaints for violations of city ordinances and shall be the authorized court of record for the pleadings and processes which are necessitated by the proper conducting of city business and enforcement of city ordinances. The City Attorney shall cause all city pleadings for the enforcement of city ordinances to be filed and heard before the County Superior Court following the penalties collected by the County Superior Court as a result of findings in city ordinance violations shall be forwarded, at least monthly, to the City Clerk-Treasurer to be deposited in the City General Fund.
   (C)   The Judge of the City Court, prior to the effective date of the abolition of the Court, shall cause all financial ledgers and records of the Court to be transferred to the custody of the City Clerk-Treasurer.
