§ 73.09 TIME OF OPERATION AND LIGHTS.
   A motorized bicycle may not be operated on the streets, roadways, intersections or alleys located within the city during the period commencing with that time which is 30 minutes after sunset and ending at that time which is 30 minutes before sunrise unless said motorized bicycle is equipped with the following, as well as with any other requirements which may hereafter be set forth in I.C. 9-21-11-9, entitled “Lamps and Reflectors,” or in any provision amending, revising or substituting for said section:
   (A)   A lamp on the front of the motorized bicycle exhibiting a white light visible from a distance of at least 500 feet to the front; and
   (B)   A lamp on the rear exhibiting a red light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear or a red reflector visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear.
