§ 73.06 FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.

   (A)   The operator of a motorized bicycle must be able to show financial responsibility when operating a motorized bicycle.

   (B)   Written proof of financial responsibility must be available either by placing the same on the motorized bicycle or via the operator of said motorized bicycle carrying the same at all times.
