The operation of a motorized bicycle within the city is strictly prohibited unless said motorized bicycle is operated and equipped in full compliance with all of the terms and conditions set forth in this chapter and with the applicable terms and provisions of the State Code including, without limitation, I.C. 9-21-11, which is entitled “Bicycles and Motorized Bicycles.”
