(A) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this chapter, the terms and provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any golf cart operated on the following streets and roadways located within the city and immediately adjacent to the Blackford Golf Club:
(1) Lakeview Drive in its entirety;
(2) Creekside Court in its entirety;
(3) Woodland Trail in its entirety;
(4) Clubview Drive in its entirety; and
(5) Inverness Court in its entirety.
(B) Furthermore, the city shall install and maintain a sign at the entrance of the Creekside residential community at the intersection of 100 West and Lakeview Drive, and said sign shall include the following language: “Creekside is a Golf Course Community. Beware of Golf Carts.”
