(A) Every golf cart shall be equipped with the following, which shall be visible from a distance of 500 feet:
(1) Two operating headlights, one of which is located on each side of the front of the golf cart;
(2) Two operating tail lights with brake lights, one of which is located on each side of the rear of the golf cart; and
(3) Turn signals, one of which is located on each side of the front and rear of the golf cart.
(B) Every golf cart shall also be equipped with a rearview mirror.
