(A) A golf cart may be operated on city streets, roadways and alleys which have a posted speed limit of 30 mph or less and at and through the intersections of such streets, roadways and alleys.
(B) A golf cart may not be operated on sidewalks or along national or state highways located within the city under any circumstances, provided, however, that a golf cart may be operated through intersections with national or state highways located within the city. Said national and state highways include, without limitation:
(1) State Road 26 (Water Street, Washington Street);
(2) State Road 22 (Water Street, Washington Street, Franklin Street); and
(3) State Road 3 (Walnut Street).
