§ 72.06 FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   The operator of a golf cart must be able to show financial responsibility when operating a golf cart.
   (B)   Written proof of financial responsibility must be available either by placing the same on the golf cart or via the operator of said golf cart carrying the same at all times.
