(A) The number of occupants in a golf cart shall be limited to the number of persons for whom factory seating is installed and shall in no event exceed four persons.
(B) The operator of a golf cart and all occupants of said golf cart shall be seated in said golf cart, and no part of the body of the operator or any occupant shall extend outside of the perimeter of said golf cart while the golf cart is being operated.
(C) No person under the age of ten years shall be permitted to ride on the rear seat of a golf cart.
