§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   General penalty. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Speed. Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of § 71.01 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined for each violation any sum not exceeding $500 and the costs of prosecution.
