§ 30.23 COMMON COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   The regular meeting for the Common Council of the city shall be held at 7:30 p.m. on the first Monday of each month in the Council’s chambers with the exception of the first Monday in September, which meeting shall be held at that hour and place on the last Monday in August.
