§ 52.070 REPORTING.
   (A)   The Agency may require any person discharging or proposing to discharge into a community sewer to file a periodic discharge report. This report may include, but is not limited to, the nature of processes, volume and rates of flow, mass emission rate, hours of operation, number of employees or other information related to the generation of waste, including wastewater constituents and characteristics in the wastewater discharge.
   (B)   Such reports may also include the chemical constituents of all materials stored on site even though they may not normally be discharged.
   (C)   In addition to discharge reports, the Agency may require information in the form of wastewater discharge permit applications and self-monitoring reports.
   (D)   Each major contributing industry subject to pretreatment standards or any other applicable requirements promulgated pursuant to § 307 of the Act, being 33 U.S.C. § 1317(a), shall submit to the Agency semiannual notice regarding specific actions taken to achieve full compliance.
