§ 30.21 PRESIDING OFFICER OF THE COMMON COUNCIL.
   Pursuant to the applicable statutes of I.C. 36-4-6-10 through 36-4-6-17, the Mayor, or in the absence of the Mayor, the President of the Common Council, shall be the presiding officer of the Council.
