§ 30.03 ESTABLISHMENT OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS.

   (A)   The following executive departments are hereby established:

      (1)   Police Department;

      (2)   Fire Department;

      (3)   Street Department;

      (4)   Waterworks Utility Department;

      (5)   Sewage Works Department; and

      (6)   Department of Law, established pursuant to I.C. 36-4-9-12.

   (B)   The departments established in division (A) above shall perform the administrative functions assigned to them by statute and ordinance.
