§ 38.01 CITY MEMBERSHIP IN ASSOCIATIONS.
   The city is hereby authorized to participate through duly-designed representatives in the meetings and activities of appropriate associations, and the Common Council is authorized to appropriate necessary funds to defray the expenses of the representatives in connection therewith pursuant to I.C. 36-1-3-2.
