As per I.C. 36-8-12.2-8, all monies generated and collected from the enforcement of this subchapter shall be deposited in a revolving fund established for the sole purpose of purchasing equipment, supplies, vehicles, operating costs and others as deemed necessary for the continued operation of the City Fire Department. The Fire Chief shall oversee this fund and ensure that all monies are deposited and disbursed as per this subchapter. Funding requests shall be made by the Fire Chief of the City Fire Department on behalf of the City Fire Department.
