Pursuant to statutory provisions, all other funds that the city may elect to use are hereby reestablished. The funds shall include, but not be limited to, the Local Road and Street Fund, Motor Vehicle Fund, O.H.S.I., P.E.R.F., Parks and Recreation Fund, Building Demolition, Repair and Contingent Fund, Civilian Defense Fund, Parking Meter Fund, state and federal loan/grant funds and the like.
