§ 35.67 FUNDS GENERATED THROUGH INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS.
   (A)   Funds received as a result of interlocal dispatching agreements shall be deposited directly into the Police Operating Fund.
   (B)   Funds received as a result of interlocal fire protection agreements shall be deposited directly into the fire operating fund.
