§ 35.65 SEPARATE FUND FOR RECEIVING AND DISBURSING TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT FUNDS.
   A separate fund is established in the books of the Clerk-Treasurer to receive and disburse funds collected from the Tax Increment Financing District.
