§ 35.43 ABANDONED VEHICLE FUND.

   (A)   Establishment. Pursuant to I.C. 9-22-1-30 regarding abandoned and junk vehicles, there is hereby established an Abandoned Vehicle Fund.

   (B)   Sources. The source of this Fund shall be provided exclusively by the monies collected from towing, impounding and salvage charges made by the city for services rendered.
